Villa Vrede

Since 2015, Villa Vrede has operated as a day shelter for undocumented people and is located in Hoograven, Utrecht. The purpose of Villa Vrede is to offer people without legal documents a place to meet, to wind down and to develop themselves. Undocumented people often feel unsafe or not accepted in society. They live an ‘invisible life’. Villa Vrede is the place where these people are seen and can simply be.
